The concierge really came through for us with dinner plans. We weren’t sure where to go, and they made it so easy with great suggestions and help getting everything sorted. Awesome.

I stayed a few nights, and to be fair, housekeeping was steady the whole time. The room got cleaned when it was supposed to, towels were swapped out, and I didn’t really notice anything being missed. Sure, it wasn’t absolutely perfect, but I don’t think that’s a big deal. Overall, it was good, easy, and I had no real complaints

I stayed at Hotel Bennett and, at least for what I needed, the location was kind of the whole win. We barely touched the car after getting there, just walked over to King Street, grabbed coffee, went to dinner, and wandered around the park nearby.
I can’t really speak to every part of the hotel since we weren’t in the room a ton, but walking around felt comfortable, even later in the evening. If you’re the type who likes stepping outside and figuring things out as you go, it’s a really easy spot.

Breakfast was alright, nothing too exciting but decent enough. Dinner, though, felt a bit bland for what it cost. The service was fine, so I guess it wasn’t a bad experience, just not one I’d probably rush back for

I still remember walking in and feeling genuinely relieved because the bathroom was so clean. It was spotless, and that little detail really stuck with me.

I had an issue with my booking, it was a bit frustrating at first trying to get a clear answer. After a couple of calls, and some back and forth, I finally got someone who was able to help and get everything sorted out. I do appreciate that, for sure. I just wish it had been handled a little faster and didn’t take so much effort on my end. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

The drinks were good once we got them, but it definitely took longer than expected to be served, especially since it didn’t seem that busy. The staff was polite, just not very attentive or quick to check back in.
Overall, it was fine, but not quite as smooth as I’d hoped. I’d maybe go again if I was already nearby, though for the price, I expected the service to be a little better.

Stayed for one night and the bed looked nice at first, like, clean and comfortable. But once I actually got in, it felt a little too firm for my taste. The pillows were fine, nothing amazing. I slept okay overall... not great, not terrible, just kind of average.

The fitness room was clean, which I appreciated, but it was small. In the morning, a few of the machines were already taken, and the weights area felt really cramped. It was okay for a quick workout, but if the gym doesn’t improve, I’d probably think about staying somewhere else next time

Stopped in for breakfast with my brother, and it was a great start to the day. The eggs tasted fresh, and the coffee came out fast, which I always appreciate. Simple, tasty, and exactly what we needed.

The pool itself was nice, but it got really crowded most afternoons, which made it harder to actually relax. I also wasn’t totally sure what the next steps were supposed to be for getting chairs or knowing when things cleared out, so that was a little frustrating.

The bed was actually really comfy, and the room had a nice, quiet vibe. It was a bit on the small side, but I guess if you’re not planning to move around too much, it works just fine.

Overall, I had a nice stay. The room was mostly quiet, though I did hear a bit of noise from the hallway and some street sounds at night. Nothing too terrible, though, I still managed to get a decent night’s sleep, which felt like a small win after a long day

We had a work dinner/event at Hotel Bennett sometime last month, or maybe it was the very end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the space itself looked really nice, and getting everyone checked in seemed to go smoothly.

The service was kind of uneven though. A few staff members were genuinely helpful, but drink refills took longer than expected, and I’m sure one of the menu changes we discussed ahead of time didn’t make it to the team. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just a little stressful when you’re the one hosting people.
Overall, it was fine, and the hotel really is beautiful. But considering the price, I expected the event team to be a bit more buttoned-up on the smaller details

I loved the style of the room. It was really nicely designed and somehow felt cozy without looking cheap, which is apparently too much to ask at a lot of places these days. The colors worked really well, and all the little details made it feel more put together. Even the bathroom setup was great, which was such a relief because bathrooms can totally ruin the whole vibe.
